Yea that might have been overkill but I rly, rly, RLY need u all. This is the deal: I'm inleverageland  & our newest challenge involves getting as many ppl as possible to go here & post a new comment. All this new comment has to say is "I support Team Hacker!" & the comment has to be posted by 7 p.m. CDT on June 23. This is my team & I DEF want us to win. But I can't do it without you.

Well, my unending gratitude, for one. Also if u post as I've asked above & then come back here & say "hey mysti! I voted for ur team." Then I won't be forced to stalk y'all to get u to vote for my team & our r'ship can wax stronger & more beautiful & we will all be happy, if only for a moment.

If that is not enough, then u can come back here & say "hey mysti, I voted. Gimme fic!" but u have to prompt me. I'm not a fic genius tho so if ur prompt makes my brain freeze u may have to write a new prompt but I will write u fic. It'll be more than 100 words but I doubt it will evolve into a multi-chapter monstrosity. I don't write slash, or smut, I'm very r'ship driven, I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS, & I'll even write your OTP (while apologising profusely to mine).

I voted. It's very nice of you to offer to write fic. I feel kind of bad that I'm asking for fic even though before tonight we'd never talked or anything, but not bad enough that I won't take you up on it. ;-)

I recently rewatched the episode where Danny fights to clear his former partners name. I love the scene in the bar with Chin. It made me want more Danny and Chin. I love h/c fic, so I was thinking that it would be awesome to read a fic where, for whatever reason, Danny is partnered with Chin to work on a case, instead of Steve. During the investigation Danny gets hurt somewhere that they can't get help right away, so Chin has to take care of him. I am not a fan of deathfic at all, so one of those happy endings you mentioned in your original post would be great too as long as there's suffering on Danny's part and angst on Chin's part first. I love that sort of thing in a fic because I'm just sick like that. LOL

Now this prompt is making my brain go hmmmm. While I'm sure D would be appropriately flaily, I can't yet see how D would get Steve to go to NJ (a place he has said Hawaiians do not rly want to go to). Also I'm not a Springsteen fan, so I'd be making stuff up 0_o.
